Information regarding the 2015 Bowdoin Summer Art Camp will be released in April. Thank you to all of our current and future families for your interest in our program!
Classes run on a weekly basis. During the Summer of 2015, classes will take place June 29 - July 3*; July 6 - July 10; July 13 - July 17; and July 20 - July 24. (*Please note: Classes may not take place on July 3rd due to Bowdoin College being closed. This date is TBD.)
Classes offered can vary from year-to-year. We release our comprehensive brochure in April with further information. Classes are broken up into specific age groups: Ages 5-6 years (or entering Kindergarten or 1st grade); Ages 7-9 years (or entering 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade); Ages 10-12 years (or entering 5th, 6th, or 7th grade); and Ages 13-15 (or entering 8th, 9th, or 10th grade.)
Art Camp takes place at the new Edwards Arts Center on the Bowdoin College campus. The Edwards Arts Center is the former Longfellow Elementary School located between Lonfellow Avenue and South Street. The entrance to the EAC is located on South Street. The new facility boasts state-of-the-art classrooms, climate control, and a lovely outdoor space for breaks.
